Tommy has an MBA and has had a distinguished career in Information Technology, holding a number of management positions at ADP, SunTrust Bank, Kronos Inc., and Dominion Payroll services. He is currently the IT Operating Unit Director at the Johns Hopkins Health System, where his many management responsibilities include budgeting and financial impact studies. Tommy is very involved in Chesterfield politics and civic life. He is currently the Matoaca Magisterial District representative on the Planning Commission and the President of the Collington Homeowners Association. Tommy is involved college sports as an NCAA official in softball, baseball, and football. He also participates as an official in VHSL football, wrestling, basketball, baseball and softball. Tommy has financially supported and/or worked on the campaigns of: Kevin Carroll, Glen Sturtevant, Mark Earley, Ryan Harter, Steve Paranto, Jim Ingle, Chris Winslow, Jim Williams, Kim Taylor, Mike Cherry, and Duc Truong. He also has acted as Treasurer for a number of organizations, including the Chesterfield Little League and the separate associations representing the Central Virginia Football, Basketball, Wrestling, and Lacrosse Officials. Tommy lives in Collington with his wife, Lisa, and son, along with 2 cats.
